CHALLENGE
Liverpool City Council wanted to support intranet site owners by helping them each step into the mindset of users and unpack who they are, what matters to them and build personas to create a great user experience.
SOLUTION
Collective Campus delivered a full day virtual workshop for 15 attendees from Liverpool City Council. The workshop helped the team:
- Understand internal customers and what they expect from an intranet site.
- Learn how to develop customer personas and build customer journey maps.
- Gain an overview of user experience fundamentals.
- Begin to design intranet pages that customers actually want.
OUTCOME
Using design thinking, customer journey mapping and user experience principles, attendees were able to build a plan to develop a customer centric intranet following the workshop.
