CHALLENGE
IXOM wanted to bring fresh perspectives to business challenges, and foster the development of new relationships amongst its incoming graduate group.
SOLUTION
Collective Campus customised and delivered a half day design sprint for 25 graduates. The design sprint focused on two specific business challenges.
OUTCOME
Graduate teams worked together to specifically define the problem, ideate solutions, build prototypes and present their prototypes and pitches to senior stakeholders.
