NPS Medicinewise
NPS MedicineWise is an independent, not-for-profit and evidence-based organisation that works to improve the way health technologies, medicines and medical tests are prescribed and used.
CHALLENGE
A cross-functional group from healthcare company NPS Medidinewise wanted to upskill in rapid prototyping methods in order to get to market validation faster and optimise its investment in new product and feature development.
SOLUTION
Collective Campus prepared a customised 1-day course that introduced over 30 participants to:
- Rapid prototyping methodology such as the lean startup
- App and web prototyping tools such as InVision, Sketch, Photoshop, Pop, Marvel, Canva and Instapage
- Data analytics prototyping tools such as Google Data Studio, Data Hero and Tableau
- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Moz and Hotjar
OUTCOME
The participants walked out of the workshop, not only with a proven method and basic understanding of supporting tools, but with a wealth of reference material to refer to to support their ongoing prototyping activities. The workshop fostered many "a-ha" moments for participants who could see how rapid prototyping could help them avoid the pitfalls of prematurely investing in the wrong product or feature.
