Cayetana Martinez is passionate about entrepreneurship education, agile learning and business. She has a BA in Philosophy, two MAs in Humanities and a MBA. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in different roles in the startup space in Europe and in Australia. She has worked as an educator and manager in the entrepreneurship space since 2011. She managed the University of Sydney Incubator Sydney Genesis for three years (2013-2016) and taught Entrepreneurship and Strategy at The University of Sydney Business School in the same period. She has also taught at IEBS and Kaplan Business School, in both Face to Face and online formats. She is a TEDx speaker and a SheEO activator, a network that invest and support women entrepreneurs across the globe. She currently works at University of Queensland as a Ventures Programs Designer and teaches Entrepreneurship at Griffith Business School.
